Security policy in relation to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic

Dear guest,

in view of the current situation relating to the coronavirus COVID-19, we have introduced and are still working on a series of rules relating to the stay in our hotels. These rules stem from our concern for your safety, for your employees and for your business partners. We are open to your feedback, which will help us improve the quality of our services.

Rules for the customer

Check in at our hotels has been reduced to a minimum.

We will carry out a short survey to confirm the absence of flu-like symptoms. In case of temperature rise or other symptoms indicating COVID-19 disease, please change the arrival date. In some hotels we will use temperature meters to provide additional security.
Please keep a distance of 2 meters from other guests. The lift can be used simultaneously by one person and by guests staying in the same room.
Breakfast for guests is served at the time established at check in in the breakfast room. The dishes are served directly to the guest at the time of choice or at the numbered and reserved table.
To quickly prepare the dishes, we have limited the number of dishes in the MENU.
We do not accept guests for quarantine.
Only guests staying in the hotel can stay inside.
It is recommended to wear face masks in public areas.

Swimming pool, sauna and whirlpools

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) this facility is taking steps to protect the health of guests and staff. Therefore, some services: SPA, sauna, Turkish bath and whirlpools may be reduced or unavailable, as well as the amenities.

The pools are open.

We provide hand sanitizer in the most important points of the hotel.
In accordance with the Chief Sanitary Inspector’s guidelines, we disinfect all critical surfaces in the reception area, restaurants, bars, elevators and handles.
A Plexiglas screen will be installed on the reception desk and in front of the cash desk as a protective barrier.
We provide telephone numbers to the nearest health and epidemiological units and medical services.

Rooms

The room is disinfected after each guest. In addition, we use methods such as high temperature steam nebulization.
The room is cleaned when the guest leaves.
We clean the room during your stay only on your request, or, on request, we can change bed linen or towels.
The equipment in the room is limited to the basic elements. If you wish to have an extra pillow or other equipment, contact our staff.
Mini-bars are empty, but you can still use the refrigerator.

Staff rules

For the safety of our guests and staff, we reserve the possibility to measure the temperature of the employees and verify that there are no disturbing health symptoms.
We provide our employees with all necessary personal protective equipment, such as masks and gloves.
The staff works in fixed teams to eliminate the possibility of cross-infection.
We have introduced procedures to minimize contact between employees in changing rooms, during breaks and during preparation for work.
We conducted training courses in the procedures mentioned above also by means of online tutorials.
We hope that through joint actions we will soon avoid danger and continue meeting again in our hotels.
